Two Week Crash Diet.
Aim: To loose an inch off my waist by the 22nd August by eating little to no food.
Reason One: So i don’t need to embarrass myself asking for a seat-belt extender again on my flights to New York.
Reason Two: So i don’t disgust my girlfriend too much when she sees me properly for the first time.
- 1 slim fast shake
- 3 cups of tea
- 2 glasses fizzy flavoured water
- 1 cup of instant coffee with cinnamon powder
- 1 cup of instant coffee with drops of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of instant coffee with drops of strawberry flavouring and 1/2 a teaspoon of raspberry sauce
- 1 home made Enchilada with extra light coleslaw
I feel disgusting now that i have eaten and may need to make myself throw up soon to stop feeling like this.
